Story
I've created this fundraiser in loving memory of my beautiful sister, Chloe MacKenzie, who we sadly lost to early-onset bowel cancer at just 34 years old. Chloe's passing has changed our lives forever and made us realise how truly devastating this disease can be.
This Red Apple Day, much-needed funds are being raised for Bowel Cancer Australia. The statistics regarding early-onset bowel cancer are alarming. Bowel cancer is the deadliest cancer for Australians aged 25-54 and the risk of being diagnosed with bowel cancer before the age of 40 has more than doubled since the year 2000. Every contribution, big or small, will directly support vital early-onset bowel cancer research and help build a path toward a cure. By supporting this crucial work in Chloe's name, we can honor her legacy and contribute to a future where fewer lives are tragically cut short.
