Hi there!
I recently undertook a 27.6km coastal trek along my whole Mornington electorate coastline to raise both awareness and funds for Bowel Cancer Australia — as part of their #Never2Young campaign during Bowel Cancer Awareness Month in June.
Setting out at sunrise on Saturday, 31 May, from Mount Eliza and finishing at Mount Martha, I was joined by Bowel Cancer Ambassador and survivor Donna Hope OAM for part of the walk. The walk spotlighted the alarming rise in early-onset bowel cancer among Australians aged 25–54.
